We ship the items to your address within 1-3 working days after receiving the payment.

Standard Delivery time for worldwide: Small Packets through Sri Lankan Postal services / Duration 15 – 30 Days (Individual parcel maximum weight 1 Kg)
Expedited Mail Service EMS / Duration 6 – 12 Days (Individual parcel maximum weight 30 Kg)
DHL Global express duration 5 – 8 Days
More than 30 Kg Freight Charges depend on the destination and could be provided on request.

If the courier company is unable to deliver the order to you as no one is available to sign and accept the package, we will contact you via email to obtain an alternate delivery address. However, if we do not receive a response within 5 days the courier company may hold the package at their closest branch for collection by you. However, if you delay to contact the local courier company and collect the package may be returned to us or destroyed. Please note that no refund will be granted in this instance.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
